From the first day Rowdy joined our family we noticed the effect his presence had on people. Those who were tired or sad, brightened. People in a hurry stopped and took a minute to pet him and then moved on with a smile on their faces. When he passed away the outpouring of love was astounding. People we didn't even know came up to us on the streets and told us how much they had looked forward to seeing him and how they missed him. One of the local papers printed a photo obituary. We had condolence cards delivered from people all over the world telling us how much magic he had added to their trips, and we shared tears on street corners with people we hardly knew.
While Rowdy's Rascals is a for profit venture, we still want to do our part for the community. To do that we're instigating the following new programs:
Charity Fundraising
If you have a charitable need we can help you with, let us know. In the past we've donated our time to help raise money for the medical needs of a popular French Quarter icon, entertained at charitable fundraisers and visited terminally ill children in the hospital. Send us an email with the information and we'll see what we can work out .
NOPD & NOFD Appreciation
Rowdy's Rascals would like to show our appreciation to the Men & Women of the New Orleans Police and Fire Departments. We'll do one hour parties for up to 15 guests of NOPD & NOFD officer's children for only $50. This is limited to those living within the New Orleans city limits.

Free Special Needs Birthday Parties
Rowdy's Rascals will be giving away one free Birthday Party a month to a Special Needs Child. This party will be complete with decorations and a cake for up to 15 guests.
If you have a Special Needs Child in your family or circle of friends send us an email telling us why you think this child should be chosen. We'll pick the best letter every month and award the party to that child.
