We can do up to three events per day depending on time and distance. If a date is marked "pending" it's awaiting a booking deposit and may still be available.

Booking dates will be locked in for 24 hours after the reservations are made. If the deposit is still outstanding after 24 hours, the date will remain posted as "pending" for one week, then removed. Pending dates are available to be re-booked within that time period.
